Terms and Conditions of Use

Allure Custom Automotive has the highest quality products and customer service team to assist you with the customization of your vehicle.

By selecting the "I AGREE" button or by acknowledging acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by any other method allowed by Allure Custom Automotive, or by using or accessing Allure Custom Automotive products and services through any means permissible including but not limited to telephone, computer or a mobile application, Customer acknowledges and agrees: (i) to the Terms and Conditions; (ii) to be legally bound by the terms and conditions; (iii) that Customer use of the Allure Custom Automotive website and any related products or services will be governed by this agreement. If Customer does not agree or is not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these terms, Customer should not click on the "I AGREE" button and should not seek to use Allure Custom Automotive products or services. 

NOW THEREFORE, Customer agrees as follows: 

Customer hereby agrees to the Allure Custom Automotive return, exchange, cancellation policies and terms and conditions expressed herein and throughout the Allure Custom Automotive website. 

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

The Manufacturer’s full warranty applies to all products sold. By installing or using the purchased products, you accept these terms and conditions and any specific Manufacturer warranties relating to the purchased products.

All warranties are void if the product is: (i) not installed by a certified auto mechanic (ii) improperly serviced, modified, or used in a way not intended by the Manufacturer. Consumer is responsible for ensuring that products are installed in a safe and proper manner, and should cease usage of the product immediately if an unsafe or improper condition is noted. If an unsafe or improper condition is noted, the Consumer should then immediately contact the facility where the product was installed and the product manufacturer.

Customer acknowledges that Allure Custom Automotive does not make nor provide any warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect to this website, its products, services or its content. Although Allure Custom Automotive may provide links or images to other websites, blogs or content, Allure Custom Automotive does not endorse or represent the origin of this content, or its suppliers or manufacturers up to and including their products, services, content or the appropriateness of said content. Customer hereby irrevocably waives any claim against Allure Custom Automotive with respect to such websites or content. 

Allure Custom Automotive reserves the right to limit quantities and cancel orders at its discretion. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced or listed on the Allure Custom Automotive website or other content, Allure Custom Automotive shall reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders processed. Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Customer agrees that product images listed on the Allure Custom Automotive website are a general depiction of the product to be purchased.


Merchandise cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. In the event that Customer would like to return any portion of their order, Customer must contact the Allure Custom Automotive customer service department so that Allure Custom Automotive may provide Customer with a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are generated by the manufacturer and are provided to Allure Customer Automotive within one to three business days.

The customer is responsible for reporting any damages or shortages within two (2) business days of receiving their merchandise. No claims can be reported after two (2) business days. Allure Custom Automotive must receive all returns of new (non-customized, non-special order, unused, undamaged or un-mounted) merchandise within ten (10) business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be processed after these timeframes.

It is the responsibility of the customer to properly package all returned merchandise. Packaging MUST be in ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING and packaged in the same fashion as when originally received. Allure Custom Automotive is not responsible for any damage to your shipment due to poorly packaged merchandise.

Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging merchandise. All shipments must be shipped with a tracking number, the package should be fully insured by the customer and a copy of the original receipt and Return Authorization Number should be included in the package.

There are absolutely NO returns on any product that is sold by Allure Custom Automotive that has been mounted or installed on a vehicle. Wheels are considered used or mounted once a tire has been mounted on a wheel and tires cannot have been installed, driven on or have had labels removed. 

Special or custom products are not returnable or eligible for an exchange. Any product that has been used, partially or fully installed is not returnable or eligible for an exchange. Special orders, custom built products, custom finished products and individually customized wheels are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Products listed on the Allure Custom Automotive website that fall into the wheels, body kits, performance and suspension categories are considered customized and are subject to the return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be inspected by the manufacturer and absolutely no refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise without authorization from the manufacturer. After your return has been accepted by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price less any shipping charges and restocking fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days, after a refund is processed, for the credit to appear on your account.

Order cancellations may only be requested prior to shipment on non-custom products and orders. Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (of total invoiced order). On refused shipments, customer may be responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from the customer’s delivery address, in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or posted without prior written authorization from of Allure Custom Automotive. Allure Custom Automotive domain names, logos and trademarks are the property of Allure Custom Automotive including all portions of the content of this website (included but not limited to the text, images, graphics, design, videos, etc.) are a property of Allure Custom Automotive. Manufacturer trademarks, product, product images, company names or logos are the property of the respective manufacturer and are not owned by Allure Custom Automotive. 

Customers may submit content to Allure Custom Automotive; Customer agrees that Customer has the full right and authority to submit such content, and that none of such content is subject to any copyright or other proprietary right of a third party. Allure Custom Automotive reserves the right to publish or not to publish received content or to remove any content at any time, for any reason whatsoever. 

All matters relating to Allure Custom Automotive shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the federal laws of the United States of America. Customer agrees to not hold liable Allure Custom Automotive or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, web content or damages resulting as a result of products or services purchased or offered. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Allure Custom Automotive of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to damage to product(s) during shipment, manufacturer defects or the work of any installer.

Allure Custom Automotive shall have absolutely no liability in connection with its website content including any liability for damage to your product resulting from the information or the lack of information available on the Allure Custom Automotive website. Allure Custom Automotive shall have NO liability for:

(i) Any loss or injury caused, by its actions, omissions, or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or inaccuracies in correlating to the site material. (ii) Any errors, omission, or inaccuracies in or relating to the site material regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery (iii) Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the site material (iv) Any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the internet generally.

In no event shall Allure Custom Automotive be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages for any loss or profits, goodwill, use or other intangible losses including negligence, whether remote, proximate or foreseeable, and whether or not Allure Custom Automotive has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

This entire policy also applies to exchanges and warranty returns.

These terms apply to all customers and visitors of the Allure Custom Automotive website, whether a purchase is made or not.
