Allure Custom Automotive is committed ensuring that you receive your order in the shortest possible timeframe. Most of our products are available immediately and will ship within 24 -48 hours after your order has been processed, while others need to be custom manufactured. If you have ordered a custom product, or a product that must go through US Customs, shipping times will vary. To ensure the fastest turnaround times, your order may be shipped using one of the following reputable shipping carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Once the packages leave the warehouse a tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email address.
All shipment addresses must consist of a physical address (PO BOX addresses will be rejected and may extend shipment times).
Once the order has been shipped, Allure Custom Automotive will contact you via email with both shipping and tracking information. You can use this email to obtain the tracking numbers related to your shipment. You will be able to track your order directly on the shipping carrier's website. ALL ORDERS RECEIVE SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBERS - PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS ACCURATE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Please retain all original protective shipping materials including boxes, cardboard inserts, rim protectors, foam sheet protectors, plastic bags, Styrofoam, etc. These items are required in the event of a return, exchange or manufacturer warranty claim.
For all custom orders, please be mindful that the total time for you to receive your order will include the manufacturer’s time to build your order to your specifications, plus the shipping carrier’s time to deliver the order to your home or the installer of your choice.
