Product Warranty

Every Allure Custom Automotive product is sold in a new (never used and never installed) condition.

All product warranties are dictated by the product manufacturer via the manufacturer warranty. Other than the applicable manufacturer warranty, there are no additional warranties; expressed or implied that are offered by Allure Custom Automotive or its employees, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any alteration or damage done to a product after purchase is not covered under any warranty.

Although Allure Custom Automotive Customer Service will assist customers with the manufacturer warranty process, Allure Custom Automotive does not dictate nor assume responsibility for manufacturer warranty fulfillment or the processing of manufacturer warranty claims. Please contact us if you need assistance with locating the manufacturer warranty for any product.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling both ways on all warranty claims.


It is the obligation of the customer to notify Allure Custom Automotive, AT the time of purchase, if their vehicle has been lowered or altered in any way that might change the fitment guidelines for that vehicle. 

Products that are not eligible for manufacturer claims due to manufacturer warranty include but not limited to:

Any product identified as non-returnable

Any painted, custom or special order or part

Any used or damaged merchandise

Any mounted tire, wheel, body kit or tuning product

Any product that has been used or fully/partially installed is not returnable or eligible for an exchange

Special orders, custom built, custom finished, individually customized products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
